Anyang Qiang Ji Precision Manufacturing Base Co., Ltd. was founded on Jan 8, 2014 with capital 100 million RMB. It is run by the board committee.
Anyang precision manufacturing industrial park is in the integration of urban and rural demonstration District of Anyang. Its detailed location is in the east side of New District Jinxiu Road, south side of Aetna avenue, west of S301, and north of Wenchang road. The total planned area is 5000 acres, with a total investment of 20 billion RMB.
In accordance with the main theme: “Developing casting industry as the core, upgrading technology as spine, green technology & integration as base, and the market segregation & competition as route”, we set up our strategic positioning point and roadmap; and focus on the surrounding area market in the first beginning, and then expand to domestic and finally to international market.
In another word, SIIC R&D, demonstration, promotion and application will be the measures we use to the develop the precision casting products for domestic and international aviation industry, automotive industries demanding weight reduction, and commercial and general hardware industries; and furthermore, we can employ the public service platform as a pivot, and the infrastructure, service facilities, industrial park as our supporting base to achieve the main goal, “Build Anyang precision manufacturing base to realize the SIIC technology” and lay a solid foundation for the world famous and domestic first-class precision manufacturing industry park.
Anyang Qiangji precision manufacturing Industrial Park adopts the developing model: “One Platform, Three Bases".
“One platform”means that through the construction of the center of public facility, center of product innovation, center of common material support, center of equipment support, center of technical support, center of information technology and some factory models, we can contribute to the innovation and distribution of SIIC core tech. And consequently, we can fulfill the manufacturing of products and the upgrading of production technology, as well as marketing services.
“Three bases”are the aviation parts industry base, automobile lightweight part industry base, commercial and industrial mechanical and electrical parts industry base. Among them, the aerospace industry base includes the aerospace part manufacturer transformed from Spain, the aerospace parts manufacturers invested by Aviation Technology Corp and other private enterprises focusing on manufacturing aerospace parts. Lightweight automobile parts industry base attracts the interest from domestic and foreign automobile manufacturers and investors. We will start from the development of lightweight parts for heavy duty trucks, and gradually extend to those for the light trucks and passenger cars. Commercial and industrial mechanical and electrical part industry base can attract the investment from the manufacturers of domestic and foreign machinery and equipment, electronic equipment, sports leisure entertainment equipment and others. At present, our company can produce annually aluminum alloy parts weighing 960 tons and non-ferrous metal parts weighing 2400 tons respectively, relying on SIIC technology.
